PRODUCT CARE

We want your Mikaela By Mikaela Leporace pieces to remain in great condition, therefore we recommend following our care instructions. Please refer to the individual product page for the care instructions.
All fabrics have been pre-washed & pre-shrunk.

SIZING

Please refer to the individual product page for all sizing details. If you have any questions/concerns or simply need help regarding a size, please feel free to send us a direct message to our instagram, or an email to info@bymikaela.ca. We’d love to help!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your item. Returned items will be at the buyers expense, shipping is non-refundable. In all cases, all products up for a refund need to be in perfect condition and with no evident signs of usage, otherwise we will not provide a refund. Once we receive your return, it may take up to 2 business days to process the refund, if items are in perfect condition, a refund will be issued.

*We recommend that you request signature upon delivery, any items lost in transit will NOT be our responsibility.

SHIPPING DETAILS

We ship across Canada, United States and United Kingdom.
We ship from Montreal, Canada and use the courier, Canada Post.
All orders are made to order, please allow 2-5 business days from your order date - for your order to be processed, you will then receive an email with tracking information once your package gets shipped. Once shipped, you should receive your package within 3-5 business days via Canada post - within Canada (outside of Canada, minimum 5+ business days).
Free shipping on orders over $150, code FREESHIPPING. (Canada only)
*Pickup option available at checkout (to those in the Montreal/Laval area).
